Any loose natural diamond purchased from James Allen is eligible for a 100% credit exchange toward a replacement natural diamond that is at least twice the value. Similarly, any loose lab-grown diamond can be exchanged at full credit for another lab-grown diamond of at least double the original value. To qualify for the upgrade, the original diamond must be in its original condition and accompanied by its original laboratory grading report.
