Returns and refunds are hassle-free when you shop at Jwalin Jewels.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. You may request a refund within 21 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if 21 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.*
- To initiate a return for a refund, please email us at info@jwalinjewels.com within 21 days of delivery.
- Customized or personalized orders, including engraved jewelry, cannot be returned or exchanged as they are specially crafted upon request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging along with all accompanying documents.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within one to two business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@jwalinjewels.com. We will provide the return address via email.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
The delivery time for an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $200, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
