• Natural Diamonds: Any loose natural diamond purchased from Jwalin Jewels can be exchanged at 100% of the original purchase value toward a replacement natural diamond of equal or greater quality that is at least twice the value of the original.
• Lab-Grown Diamonds: Any loose lab-grown diamond purchased from Jwalin Jewels is also eligible for a 100% value exchange toward a new lab-grown diamond that is at least twice the value of the original.

Terms & Conditions:

• The original diamond must be in its original, undamaged condition.
• The original laboratory grading report must be returned along with the diamond.
• This policy applies only to lose diamonds and not to set jewelry.
• Upgrades must be made within the same diamond category (natural for natural, lab-grown for lab-grown).

If your jewelry requires services beyond the scope of our lifetime warranty, it can be mailed or brought back to our office for evaluation. Once inspected, any applicable service charges will be communicated to you before proceeding with the work.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. At Jwalin Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition for a full refund or exchange – no questions asked.

Free Return Shipping – Worldwide

We offer free return shipping globally, limited to three returns per customer. How to Return Your Item - Contact Our Customer Service or Reach out to us via email/contact number and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Pack Your Item Securely

Place your item in its original packaging along with all documents (including grading certificates, if applicable).

Label & Ship

Use the prepaid return label provided and drop the package at your nearest shipping carrier location. If you need packaging assistance, the carrier can help.

Processing Timeline

Once received, your return will be inspected, and refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original method of payment. Bank wire refunds will be issued via company cheque

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Special Orders are non-returnable.
• Returns without a valid RAN, received after 30 days, or improperly packaged/uninsured items will not be accepted.
• Items must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
• Jewelry altered by third-party jewelers will not be accepted.
• Loose diamonds must include the original lab grading report; if missing, a $150 replacement fee will apply.
• Eternity bands and tension rings cannot be resized and must be ordered in the correct size.
• Tennis bracelets can be shortened for a non-refundable resizing fee of $100. Removed links will be returned with the bracelet.

Resizing Details:

• First resize within 1 year: Free (includes return shipping to Jwalin and back to you)
• Additional resizes or resizes after the first year:
• ₹2,100 ($25) for gold rings (white, yellow, rose)
• ₹4,200 ($50) for platinum rings
• Return shipping to Jwalin: ₹2,500 ($30)
• Shipping back to you is always free

How Resizing Works?

• To adjust your ring to the desired size, a small amount of metal may be added or removed. As a result:
• The ring may be slightly thicker or thinner after resizing.
• This is a minor change and generally not noticeable.
• Each resized ring undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our high standards and fits you perfectly.
