We offer international shipping to addresses worldwide. The client or buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their local government. Jwalin Jewels is not liable for these charges, so we recommend checking the applicable rates in advance.
We provide 100% free shipping to the USA, Canada, Europe, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, and India. For all other countries, a USD 15 fee applies for economy shipping, while express shipping is available for USD 35.
Please note that express shipping does not reduce processing time; it only shortens the delivery time. Express shipping takes approximately 5-7 days, whereas economy shipping typically takes 17-19 days for delivery.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number for your convenience. Every item is fully insured for the final purchase price during transit until it arrives at its destination, where a recipient’s signature is required upon delivery.
Please be aware that Jwalin Jewels cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, we do not ship to PO boxes.
